SARA PETE - OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION LEAD
I’ve always been a curious person. I want to understand how people think, how systems function, and how ideas connect across science, psychology, and art. That curiosity is what brought me to Nikola Tesla Fest. Tesla’s way of seeing the world through patterns, questions, and possibility matches how I move through my own life.
My background in psychology and research shapes how I work. I enjoy digging into details, analyzing information, and finding clarity in complexity. Art balances this side of me. It gives me space to explore emotion, symbolism, and creativity.
I joined the Nikola Tesla Fest team because I believe in the power of innovation and cultural connection.
For me, contributing to Nikola Tesla Fest is a way to honour curiosity and share it with others.

VIKTOR JAN - DESIGNER & ARTIST
Born on April 15, 1992, in Novi Sad, Serbia, I hold a degree in Fine Arts from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and a background in design from the “Bodan Šuput” School of Art and Design. I have over ten years of professional experience working as a graphic designer. In late 2019, I took an essential step in my career by founding my own design studio, successfully transitioning into independent practice and building a sustainable creative path focused on branding, visual identity, and design services.
Alongside design, I work as a multimedia artist, combining various techniques such as digital graphics, painting, drawing, collage, photography, animation, and experimental music composition. Through these media, I explore everyday themes and visual narratives, developing several artistic collections over the years.
Outside of work, I enjoy building LEGO sets, something I believe has played a key role in shaping my creativity since childhood. I’m passionate about music, film, theatre, food, staying active, and occasionally doing absolutely nothing in bed for an entire day. I appreciate both nature and urban environments, animals, good people, close friendships, family, and life in general.
